A Taste for Change

Tuesday night marks the 7th annual Taste on the River, a night of sampling the Midlands’ best cuisines, all for a good cause.

This event benefits the West Columbia Beautification Foundation by providing funding for different projects around West Columbia.

“Tickets for the event are $100 per person. Attendees will enjoy an array of activities, including a captivating silent auction, tantalizing unlimited tastings from renowned restaurants, live music performed by the Easy Does It Duo, and a fully stocked open bar” per the WCBF’s flier.

Tickets can be purchased here: PURCHASE TICKETS

If you’re not able to attend the event, consider participating in the silent auction by bidding online. Visit Silent Auction Pro, create an account, and add a credit card on file. Then complete the following steps:

  • Tap on the View Items button to view the different categories of items available. Tap a category to view items in that category.

  • When you find an item to bid on, click on the "Sign-in/ Register" to Bid button to sign in (if you already have an account with Silent Auction Pro) or register if you don't have an account.

We suggest bidding on a canoe tour for 2 at Congaree National Park, donated by Palmetto Outdoor!
